"I ran into a young nurse one day who, like me, was trying to get her mother into a senior residency program. I told her I was looking at Parsonage Cottage. Her words to me were that if I could get Mom into the Parsonage program, I would 'feel like I died and went to Heaven.' She told me that she had seen many residency programs and, in her opinion, parsonage Cottage had no equal anywhere.

So I began the easy application process and we got Mom accepted. After two years we have come to know well the Parsonage Cottage family.

The nurse was right, they are the best - the quality of their service and their day-to-day kindness is something I never expected to find. I call the nurses and staff at Parsonage my 'angels', because that is what they really are. It is like I 'died and went to Heaven.'  "My mom has been a resident at Parsonage Cottage for almost eleven months. It has not only given her a great home, but a secure place to live. Everyone on staff is very attentive to her needs; such as medication, meals, and personal requirements. A combination of all this along with the many nice acquaintences she's made has given her a new life where she's no longer lonely.

In addition, there are many activities, which she enjoys. As a matter of fact, I have joined in, too.
